Fandom (Who-related) update

I've been meaning to update for ages, but I haven't been able to bring myself to do it.  Because, well, Ponds :-(  I'm going to miss them so much, and apparently the way I deal with that is to write fic - and then to not-finish the fics (yes, multiple), because presumably my brain thinks that finishing the fics will mean finishing saying goodbye and I still kind of don't want to.  I should do it though.  Two in particular I'm quite attached to - one exploring the ridiculous reasons behind their 'divorce' in ep 1 and one exploring Brian's reactions to the end of ep 5.  So yeah I should finish them. I should particularly finish them because ...

I'm doing NaNoWriMo again. Because I'm daft, I guess.  My NaNo this year is going to be fanfiction. I normally do original fiction for NaNo but this year I need something less intense, so the longish history of Rory Williams-Pond will be the result, I hope. If I manage to get to the 50,000 words.  With earthquakes and elections I haven't managed the 50,000 for the last two years so this year I want to get my mojo back.  Here's hoping I can do it!

I have other Who-related things to write about but ... Ponds.  They kind of took over my head and I can't remember the other things I was going to say.  I can't even really write about them so much right now because, like I said, apparently my brain to use fic for that. Which is nice if it would only let me finish the darn things :)
